Unfortunately terrible service for a second time in a row. The worst part is the waitress (same from previous visit) acknowledged that she messed our order up the previous time and did it once again. On top of that we never got napkins, nor drink refills or soy sauce. Worst part is that the table next to us that was a larger party got serviced 5 plus times, maybe that is what it takes to not have an empty glass.
