Food was good. Service was not so good. Waitress was very rushed. The thing that was most notable was the noise in the restaurant. We were a party of 5 and couldn’t hold a comfortable conversation during our meal. They need some serious sound abatement. There are so many great restaurants in our area that customer service and attention to detail can make the difference between success and failure. Hire a few more service folks, and make the dining experience more intimate and relaxed and you have a winner.
Our family comes to Izumi Grill on special occasions and on the occasional "date night".. it's our favorite sushi place for sure! The food is always superb and the service is top notch!!
Was a bit disappointed with the service. Two different waiters attended and helped every table around me except for mine. I waited 15 minutes after sitting to even be asked if I wanted something to drink. First time visiting. Not a good start
Some of the best Sushi I've ever had!! So yummy!!!
Customer service was mediocre at best. Not helpful or attentive. We got six items and all but one tasted all the same. Not impressed. Maybe just an off day...?
