I just had the worst experience. Obviously racially profiled and shown nothing but disrespect. The cashier was extremely rude as well as the manager. I ordered soup and some crab rangoons and was told my order would be 45 minutes (mind you they weren’t busy AT ALL, after requesting a refund my order was given to me in 4 minutes.lol never again.
We love Izumi! The food is always good and the service is friendly!

I suggested to the manager on duty last night that since Covid has limited their seaying, especially the patio portion. maybe they should consider limiting how long people sit after they've had their meal and drinks. 2 tables were clearly there for over 2 hours, we waiting an hour to sit, after being told 20-25 mins.
