We use to love eating here. However, we were told today that all of the battered products they serve now contain milk. My daughter is allergic to dairy and literally everything she wanted to order contained milk. Fortunately we called ahead, but we are super sad to have to cross this restaurant off our list, and hope they go back to the batter used previously.
I've been here several times and across the board the food is excellent. The service had been great every time. Still one of my favorite places to go.
I have been going here for years . The food remains good. Ur the service last pm was bad. We were seated good. It was my dtr bday and so we were to get a candle and ice cream. Waiter never came back at end of meal. My dtr found someone to give us our bill. With the downtown woodstock area booming folks will start seeking elsewhere.

The food has been great every time I've been the service however is garbage. The last time I went 8/7/17 12:45 We stood at the "please wait to be seated" sign for several minutes multiple wait staff members and possibly the manager all walked by and said nothing. I was with a work associate that I had talked the restaurant up to. Not sure how you can't afford to hire host/hostess when my bill is always $100+ Needless to say we walked out after waiting for 5 minutes and being ignored. You guys really need to step it up.
