Izabella is very knowledgeable but I think, lacks empathy when it comes to sharing that knowledge. Literally she told me so many things about colon cancer and how I would die but said I don’t need colonoscopy. After scaring with all the information asked that if I am buying what she is saying, very wired

Isabella was actually the person who greeted me in the lobby and took me to the patient room which reduced the number of times I had to tell the same story of symptoms and concerns. She was kind, professional, and had a sense of humor. She reassured me that my questions and concerns were valid and gave me the information I needed to make decisions.
I appreciate the information Isabella provided at my appointment. We started right on time, which was helpful in managing my schedule. She took tine to listen & answer questions I had.
She was very friendly, made me feel comfortable in explaining my issues. She’s not my regular doctor but made me feel I could talk openly. She seemed very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
I was happy that this provider spent time with me and did not rush me through. I also arrived early and got in early which was great for me because I come in from the coast.
Excellent physician assistant! Listened to my concerns and answered my questions in a caring and professional manner. Also thoughtfully provided her thoughts on an unrelated health issue that I had asked about.
