Quick and efficient I was facing issues with my MacBook and called iYogi. The caller spoke sarcastically (his pun was not at the right time and to a right person). I needed immediate help but they gave me an appointment for two days after. And when that techie came to my home, he was unable to resolve it completely. My issue is still on and they said that they will send some trained person to address my issue. My fingers are crossed now.
