I was assigned to her as my PCP. I reached out multiple times trying to schedule an initial appointment. No call back. I reached out to Molina HMO and have them call on my behalf. Even the Molina rep said the office was "unpleasant" (to say the least) to speak with. And they mentioned that they weren't accepting new patients even though I was assigned to Dr. Iyabo Daramola by my insurance (Molina HMO). I do not recommend this office
Yes, you will a wait a while sometimes, due to the Doctor actually spending time with the patient. You NEVER feel rushed. You feel like a patient, heard, and seen and just not another number in a 1000+ patient practice . It all depends on peoples comfort level. Finding a physician that takes care of you health needs and fits you personality is a wonderful feeling.
Had my first appointment today. They stuck me in a room for 20 minutes past my appt time to be seen. Finally they come in and tell me the doctor isn’t even there. She can FaceTime me though. Another 40 minutes go by. Yes an hour after my appointment. They get her on FaceTime, I express that I’m frustrated because I felt like my time was wasted and she said excuse me we did not waste your time. SHE WASNT EVEN THERE HOW WOULD SHE KNOW. anyway, terrible service, terrible facility, terrible professionalism. Do not recommend.
Dr. Daramola has been my Primary since 2005. I always receive the best care. She listens and cares. Her staff is friendly, efficient and professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for health care and I highly recommend Caring Hearts Health Clinic.
