I started 6 months ago and like everyone else was a little timid. However, it's been one of the best experiences of my life. Everyone at the gym is so helpful. Doesn't matter if it's the coaches, or other members everyone is there to help and encourage. It's a great atmosphere to learn and develop overall and there's some amazing people there

Ok so not your traditional gym where you look at the equipment and say ok what now. Each trainer guides you (and the others in the class) and help you and work with you on correct form so you don’t hurt yourself. Workouts are hard, at times, but you know your body best. Burn fat and gain muscle. Want to improve your bench press, squats, cardiovascular and over all health? This place will help with that. And as a collective group you aren’t suffering alone.
