My Samsung S24 phone was hacked by viruses. It was repaired within an hour at iWorkshop. I paid $90 which was good value to have my phone up and running. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. I went for lunch and came back. The phone was ready. Thank you for the great service.
Eric did an amazing job today repairing my daughter’s iPad, he even stayed back late to complete the job as the device was needed for school. The repair was very professional and it was like getting a new device back. I highly recommend this business, fantastic service.
Last week I went to I Workshop, completely clueless, because my laptop simply made a noise and went blank. The two male staff in the shop were reassuring and professional, promising to find the cause within the hour. When I returned it was fixed!!! They changed the settings so that it will not happen again. So impressed by their professionalism, courtesy and skill.
I had my iPhone screen replaced at this shop, and within 24 hours it had already cracked again. This was extremely frustrating, especially after spending over $300 on the repair. On top of that, the initial screen hadn’t even been fitted properly. It wasn’t until after I left the shop that I noticed the front camera had a black halo/shadow affecting it.
