Went in to repair my daughter's 9th Generation iPad with a severely cracked screen today. The team was so professional, courteous and efficient. I could not be happier with the result and their service! The iPad was ready to be picked up within 2 hours (I added on a screen protector as well).This is my 3rd visit to them and I will not be going anywhere else. I would highly recommend them! Thank you once again!!
Went in to have my charger port repaired. Without my approval or any communication, they replaced the screen and charged me $800. When I questioned the unexpected cost, I was told “bad luck” and that there was nothing they could do. I expected better communication and consent before carrying out major repairs.
Repaired my ipad screen within an hour
Eric did an amazing job fixing my samsung fold 4 frame which was broken due to falling down the stairs. The report he provided also allpwed me to recover most of the repair cost from my insurance. Sure the price isn't the cheapest, but with a quality work he's done, it's a price I'm willing to pay. Thank you for the amazing work!
We experienced wonderful service from Eric and his team, delivered with speed and humour ... we are very happy, new customers and will be recommending iWorkshop all our friends.
