I recently moves to NY. So far I have not been very impressed with the physicians I've encountered, However, Dr Rawins is the exception. Knowledgeable, caring, empathetic, approachable, genuine, and has a sense of humor. She's like talking too a regular lesson, but knows how to make you feel better. I have recommended her to many people. Definite glad I see her for my asthma!!
