I had a wonderful experience here with Andrea and the other ladies in the salon. Great natural products, peaceful environment and a killer mani-pedi (w/o using the cheese grater on my rough spots like some nail salons do!)
Really disappointed in the customer service provided by iwi fresh. Placed an order online and never received a confirmation or the product. After waiting a week I decided to call was told it would take 7-10 business days. Waited past the timeframe they had given me and Again the product never came. Called back and spoke to the owner who knew exactly what I ordered and stated she would call me back personally to tell me what was going on with my order..... Never received that call.
