The greeter made our visit feel very rushed and un-welcomed. She didn't take the time to listen to our request.Even through I called several times prior to visit to confirm our services. IWI fresh is an oasis. Not only from the decor and ambiance which is full of plants and beautiful green color and life, but also from the warm and welcoming environment of the staff and even the clients! I'm from New York so I don't naturally smile a lot but I felt like I had a smile fixed on my face during the time I spent that the spa. Tuesday (mani/pedi) was a fabulous day for myself, my mom and my sister. First the ladies at iwi Fresh Garden Spa squeezed us in on the spot and gave us royal treatment. Everything was a wonderful experience from entrance to exit and we will definitely be returning..... Don't forget to get your buy one get one free body scrubs on Tuesdays as well, you'll love it. Everyone is so loving, caring and friendly and combined with the green atmosphere you'll feel peaceful and pampered.....
