Someone on staff here is very evil. I had purchased a 60-minute facial plus 60-minute massage for my wife as a birthday gift through Groupon. When I attempted to book the appointments over the phone, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes by a female (I wish I had her name) until closing time. When I called back, I got the voicemail. Needless to say, I had to cancel my purchase through Groupon. The owner sent an apology through the receptionist I encountered within minutes of this review, it should be noted.
