Our experience is it went from good to really good then to really bad really quick. Not because of IWC fully, but because of the property owner. IWC just didn’t do their part to secure us, their renters at the time, so it became a court record. Don’t judge a book by its cover but be very cautious as well. We would still be renting that same house today (6+ years later) if any of this didn’t happen.
RecommendedI have leased with IWC now for almost a year and I have not had one issue that has not been resolved. I have 5+ years in property management experience, and IWC is by far the best I've seen and worked with. I will continue leasing with them until I'm ready to purchase my own home.
0 star for IWC! Beware they are out of humanity. I had a very bad experience with Linda and IWC. We are still renting the same property because I had no choice because she had given us 30 days notice on April 23 to leave the property on May 23 or to sign up the 1 year lease, my lease had expire on 30 April, I requested her to please my children will have finals on 23 and 24 May and Ramadhan is going on. My husband and I have rented from IWC for the past year. We would have stayed in this house, if it wasn't for the way that we were treated by IWC. From the first month we were in the house, problems started to arise. This would have all been normal, as things are expected to go wrong in a house. It's called life. RENTERS BEWARE!!! Over $1000 was withheld from my deposit to have the interior home repainted. After meeting with Linda, and showing her proof of the lack of new paint in my move in pictures, she said she was unwilling to resolve with mediation and that I can contact the company attorney. IWC is bad business!
I have used IWC for the last 3 years. They were always attentive to our home. Any problems that came up were handled quickly and satisfactory. The team was always quick to respond to any concerns that we had. After our last tenant moved out our home was able to be put on the market without any problems.
I have been using IWC for almost two years and have had nothing but a GREAT experience. Glenna & Linda (and Brittney, who is a new addition to the team) have always answered my calls and offered excellent advice. We seem to have great renters, or so the neighbors say. Glenna does a walk thru once a year just to check on things and so far I have not been disappointed.
