Me and my friend went in to get a fill with an appointment and they put two girls in ahead of us thinking it was us when it wasn’t. My friends nails aren’t the same size, and they’re extremely sharp. When she did my fill she argued with me about taking my previous nails off, and when she did she ripped half my real nail off, and just put nail glue on top of it, causing it to burn. I was VERY pleased by them!! They are loyal to their repeat customers, I respect that so much. This was my first time here, I am new to the area and will definitely be a repeat customer! Friendly, professional, funny, down to earth; this is the place to go if you want good conversation and great work! Great prices and a punch card 😍 Another thing that stood out is they are honest, they tell you what’s good and what’s bad, they stand behind their work and honor any problems.
Always a nice experience for me. Ivy is so sweet and always makes sure I’m happy. The new nail tech was really nice and I enjoyed talking to her. 😊
A great place to come get a relaxing experience and quality service
I’ve never had a bad experience here. They do a thorough job & saved my nails from a bad acrylic job at a previous salon. They do walk in appointments and I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes, if at all! Plus with a student discount it’s a great deal.
Love the attention and great time she takes with nails. Makes my day!
