I lived here for a couple years before I had to relocate for work. If it wasn’t for my new job, I would have loved to stay! I still miss it- the tranquility, quiet community, friendly staff, and just overall quality and care involved: all of these things rare to find in a rental community nowadays.
I just moved here and I absolutely love it. It's quiet, the apartment is spacious and well maintained and the staff have been really wonderful. I feel really fortunate to have found Ivymount.

I’ve lived here twice! I came back because I really love the property, staff and community. I’ve been here collectively about 25 years and do not plan to leave. I find the location in Baltimore to be very handy to downtown and county. The staff are professional and skilled. Over the years I have seen many instances of “over and above” in terms of dealing with residents and maintenance issues. I feel I am in good hands. I lived in Ivymount for four years and had a wonderful experience! It was peaceful and all the trees made it seem miles away from the city. I did have some problems with cell service due to all the trees, however, enabling WIFI calling helped with the issue. The management staff are nice and personable. They take extra care to ensure the landscaping is beautiful and that maintenance requests are responded to promptly. I highly recommend Ivymount!
