This apartment complex is an absolute disappointment. From the condition of the property to the attitude of management, the entire experience has been frustrating. The complex feels poorly maintained, and any concerns I had were met with indifference rather than professionalism. What made the experience even worse was the way management treated residents. Had a tour here and the scenery was beautiful, especially the little forest area in the back. Unfortunately, dealing with the management was a completely different experience. During the tour, I specifically asked whether they could send me the lease, and the leasing staff said yes. I then waited, heard nothing, and had to call the office multiple times. I have lived at Ivymount for nearly 7 years and have found it to be a truly delightful place to live. The management and maintenance staff is kind and responsive. Since I looked for peace, quiet and enjoy nature, it was the apartment for me.
