Had a tour here and the scenery was beautiful, especially the little forest area in the back. Unfortunately, dealing with the management was a completely different experience. During the tour, I specifically asked whether they could send me the lease, and the leasing staff said yes. I then waited, heard nothing, and had to call the office multiple times. I have lived at Ivymount for nearly 7 years and have found it to be a truly delightful place to live. The management and maintenance staff is kind and responsive. Since I looked for peace, quiet and enjoy nature, it was the apartment for me.

As this place is like paradise, I am astounded at any poor ratings. I have lived here 3 different times for a total of more than 30 years. Those who left poor reviews surely had lease violations or were not renewed. Yes, the staff can be strict, but their not putting up with non-compliance of lease terms is what keeps the property the amazing place that it is. The staff is responsive and caring - always!
