They actually care about you. I’m bad about calling my meds in the last minute and they will go out their way (even after hours) to make sure I get my rx called in and that I’m ok. Good people.
Be super careful of this psychiatrist. Only had two meetings with them. They wanted to up my dose from 100 mg to 200 mg in a day. You cannot up your dose that much too fast or you could get a dangerous fatal rash. When I said I’m not comfortable doing that, she said, “if you’re not going to trust me, this isn’t going to work between us,” and I told her I don’t trust her because that drug needs to be taken seriously. Incredibly unprofessional service. I was not made aware of the fact that I’d have to come in-person for a monthly UDS test and have to pay for it every month, and they were not accommodating when I mentioned that I live far away and coming in-person every month is not practical. I’ve had to go two months without medication because of that, and when I did come in to take the UDS there was no one in the clinic during their in-person business hours. I was able to be seen quickly and received thorough and compassionate assessment and service with a comfortable setting. They were very helpful and considerate.
This office is the best!!! Dr A and Nick ALWAYS shine!! I give the office an A+ because they really care about every last one of their patients!!! 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
