I've always had good dealings with Ivy Tools. They've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions to explain differences between products pre-purchase as well as providing technical support afterwards. I won't hesitate to order from them again. I happen to live relatively close to their office and its great to have such a resource nearby.

Responsive, knowledgable about the products and the market, great attention to details. Ivy was really helpful figuring out what I needed and how best to use it for the problem I was trying to solve. Need gear for thermal imaging? Talk to Ivy first. And last.

When I was in the market to purchase an infrared camera, I had been doing a lot of different research. Milton, from Ivy Tools, called me one day and invited me to come on down to his office and to run through what my goals and future will be with infrared and then helped me pick out the right camera at the right price so that I would have room to grow as well. Milton is well knowledgable, a great guy to work with and would highly recommend working with.

Ivy Tools was a great source for my the measurement tools I was looking for --- they offered a great selection, comprehensive descriptions of the available products, and a very easy store / check out process. I had a few questions related to my specific needs and their customer service was outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to order further products from Ivy Tools.
