There are simply much better infusion centers in Anchorage. On two separate occasions, I was assigned to a very inexperienced nurse whose hands were shaking so badly that he was unable to start my IV despite multiple attempts. Luckily another nurse was able to step in for my first appointment but before my second appointment, I requested a different nurse but I was told there was no one else available due to staffing shortages to back him up. Their customer service is extremely rude, treat you like an inconvenience if you ask questions, they don’t follow up and follow through with your care. Every refill has been late.

Top of the line. Dayle, the home infusion nurse, is very pleasant and competent. Could not be better, as is the rest of the staff we have dealt with through trying times.
