I called to make an appointment for my Nails 💅 and I told them if they could take me in 20min, they said yes. I’ve never been so disappointed with my nails. I get them done consistently and decided to go to Ivy for a change. I asked for French tips and she did not tell me that the powder the other salon used was not the same as the one they use. After the nails were done I looked and could see that you could see where my other nails were before. I asked if she could cover it up and then she explained the two different powders. We then took my nails off to start fresh with just a full nail. She made my fingers bleed. I left the salon... read more
