I’ve had a good experience living at Ivy Ridge Apartments. Whenever I’ve put in a work order, maintenance has taken care of it quickly. Repairs got done in a timely manner, and I never had to follow up or wait long for things to get fixed. I’d recommend Ivy Ridge to students that wanna live near campus

Management non-responsive, insect infestation that went on for months (and is ongoing even as they are now trying to rent to new tenants), moldy leaking windows never fixed, management did not appear for confirmed appointments, security deposit was kept despite leaving apartment in the same condition it was when the tenants moved in. Don’t live here. A parent of a UW student renter.

I’ve been a tenant here for a little while now and have been really happy with my apartment and the management. I’m honestly not sure why this complex has so many bad reviews, as I personally haven’t had or seen any issues with the building or maintenance. The management, specially Tre and Darlene have been a great help whenever I’ve had questions or needed something taken care of. They’re pretty friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. I've lived here for 4 and a half years so far, seeing lots of bad reviews here but honestly I've had a pretty par for the course normal time living here. The one hiccup was two years in there was flooding from a burst pipe, that probably could have been stopped if it was fixed properly the first time. But other than that I haven't had many problems. Management does frequently change as the comments say, but to be honest I'm not sure why..
