I have lived at Ivy Ridge for almost 3 years. Until recent it has been a pretty bumpy experience. They now have management that is not just blowing smoke. Starting with updating carpets and paint in halls, New mail boxes, a consistent cleaner, and well done landscaping and garbage areas. They have maintenance that back their word. I moved in on April 1st and waited a couple of months to write this review so I could settle in and give an honest, full-picture impression. Now that I’ve lived here for a while, I can confidently say I’m really happy and that the new management deserves credit for a major turnaround.
