In the one year I have been here a pipe burst and water flooded into my unit. Additionally, a fountain of ants have fallen on me from a colony forming in the ceiling of the unit I had to beg them to move to after my unit was damaged. They were going to upcharge me for a unit that was smaller and had disgusting hair under paint in the tub. Moldy building, leaky ceilings, pipes breaking and flooding other apartments. 5 sets of managers in 3 years. Promises of refund and no action rude communication. No one is held accountable. Poorly maintained units. Dirty shared kitchen garbage and recycle often not picked up so drivers can collect it. Lighting outside never fixed. call box installed but never made to work, Rent goes up and no care that there are no amenities. If you’re looking for a place to live, you’ll be better off choosing literally anywhere other than here. When we had our first tour no one showed up to meet us and we had to leave after coming all the way to Seattle. We decided to still try to lease a unit here and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone to ask any questions, when you could they didn’t know what they were talking about. We were offered certain concessions and after we had already paid the application fee and half the security deposit, they told us they were... read more
