The management was super inefficient. You will need to keep contacting them to get stuff going. Specifically, it took their accounting office 20 days to return my deposit check from Bellevue to Seattle.
Alexis was phenomenal and very professional I was very satisfied with the work he do absolutely 5 stars and would recommend him to anyone that needs service!!!
Avoid This Place if You Value Transparency and Time!! I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel obligated to save others the stress I just went through. I have lived at Ivy Ridge for almost 3 years. Until recent it has been a pretty bumpy experience. They now have management that is not just blowing smoke. Starting with updating carpets and paint in halls, New mail boxes, a consistent cleaner, and well done landscaping and garbage areas. They have maintenance that back their word.
