Everyone was overly welcoming and a great help. I would definitely recommend this place a hundred times over. Exceptional client service and very comfortable.
Truly cannot say enough good things about Tess. When I came to Ivy I could barely walk. Tess was not only incredibly kind and extremely knowledgable, but she patiently taught me what was going on with my body, which I am 100% certain contributed to my recovery. A few months later I'm back to walking like normal. Also a huge shoutout to the lovely aides, admin team, and the other awesome PTs at this practice.
Very beautiful people that work there with great spirits, truly appreciate they way the help my mom, super patient and was truly committed on my mom goals day by day helping she getting better 10 out of 10 will recommend
I can’t recommend this place enough - Tess and the entire staff is awesome. Came here for pelvic floor PT after having my tiny human and I left feeling stronger than ever. I felt challenged but listened to. I felt uplifted, proud of myself and grateful to have been taken care of for the past several months.
Not only are they addressing a long standing issue, Jonathan and Hannah customize based on the day. If you had a strenuous situation outside of PT, they work with you. I’ve been to several PT places that do the same “do these reps and you can leave” that didn’t feel customized. Highly recommend them! Especially in Northern Liberties. Grateful for their whole team.
