I've lived with neck and shoulder pain for my entire life and recently became concerned that I was developing a hunch. My primary doctor referred me to Ivy Rehab and I've been so grateful. I've worked with Jonathan, Tess, and Tracy, and all are extremely knowledgeable and are always willing to educate me on the ways in which my muscles are all interconnected, what my problem areas are, and how to improve my overall mobility. I've improved tremendously since I started, and I can't recommend them enough.
