Highly recommend going here! I mostly worked with Jon, but Tess and all of the staff are super helpful and friendly as well. I was having issues with calf numbness and ankle mobility when running. I noticed an improvement with the stretches and exercises they gave me almost right away and no longer feel limited by my the issues I was having.
First experience doing physical therapy and it couldn’t have gone better. Jonathan and Tess helped bring my pain next to nothing and I feel much more confident with a myriad of exercises. Highly recommend!
Tess was great! She’s extremely personable and truly cared about my recovery. She’s very thorough in her care, but not once did I ever feel bored or not look forward to going to PT. Thank you!
I came in here for Achilles tendonitis, and worked with both John and Tess. They were incredibly helpful and personable! They helped to craft some great workouts that really helped me with mobility, strength, and balance. Plus, we added some extra exercises into the routine when I developed an adductor flare-up that helped me keep going. Would highly recommend going to this clinic!
Tess is absolutely amazing, she is knowledgeable, engaging and I have improved so much under her care. She makes me feel so comfortable and I will 100% be going back to her if I have more PT needs in the future. The aid, Anya is really personable and enjoyable to chat with and has contributed to my overall positive experience. She makes scheduling my appointments easy and gives clear directions for exercises.
