Five stars doesn’t even cover it. The Old City location, run by Tim, is hands down the best PT experience I’ve had!!! He’s knowledgeable, kind, and somehow makes you believe you want to do the exercises.:)) My shoulder took its sweet time healing (she was not cooperative), but they were patient, supportive, and encouraging the entire way.....never rushed, never pushy, just steady and positive. And Keisha at the front desk? An absolute gem. The whole team makes you feel like you’re in very good hands; literally.
Let’s be honest — no one wants to have to go through PT. You’re there because you’re in pain. But Tim and his team at Ivy Rehab Old City make the experience as pleasant as possible with their positivity, encouragement, professionalism, and genuine kindness toward all who enter their doors. I’m very grateful for their care and would absolutely recommend this location. Hopefully you never need PT, but if you do, go here– you'll be in great hands!

I cannot recommend this location enough. Tim & Maggie are truly two of the best, most attentive PTs in Philadelphia. I have gone through treatment twice at this location, once post-knee surgery & the second time for my hip. Both times my goal was to finish therapy with the knowledge of how to prevent injury in the future and to be able to comfortably increase activity, and each time I finished therapy I did so feeling stronger and better positioned to do so.
