The vibes here are absolutely incredible! Megan, Paul and Shawn were all great and super helpful!!
The physical therapists here seem to be great - I worked with Paul for about two months and he really helped me and is clearly highly knowledgeable. But there's something about their office staff / culture that is often passive aggressive and very unfriendly that makes me not want to return at this point. FWIW - it appears they're owned by private equity, which checks out- bueracracy focused on the bottom line, not patient experience.
I've been coming here for the past two months working through some hip and hamstring issues and am in a much better place than when I began. Paul, Rohit, and the entire team have been a huge help. Thank you!
Very knowledgeable and polite staff. I felt welcome and encouraged that they would be able to get me to my goals.
