friendly concern by entire staff.
Everyone there was incredibly kind, caring and made the entire process very easy to navigate. The facility was clean and easily accessible. However, Joe K and Chris really stood out. They both were incredibly patient and made PT with my 8 year old so enjoyable that she actually cried all day after being told she had met her goals and no longer needed to go!
The entire staff at the Ivy Rehab Hartford rd location is fantastic. Although I see Joe Kember a lot all of the therapists are really compassionate and truly care for your well being. I had gone through shoulder rehab and now I’m going for a knee replacement rehab. I will not go anywhere else.!!!! I would like to name all of the people that have attended to my care but I would feel horrible if I left anyone out so this is a Huge Thank You to the Entire Staff!!!!
We arrived at the ivy rehab in Medford and from the start we were welcomed with open arms. They were professional and caring from the very beginning. They were sincere and genuinely caring about my sons injury. We will definitely recommend them to anyone who has an injury or just needing physical therapy. From Darren to Toni and Liam and the rest of the staff they are truly what a staff should be. In my professional opinion they are what others in their field should aspire to become. Frank SanGermano

The environment is quite conducive to healing ! All the staff members are congenial and knowledgeable. It is clearly managed well . A very positive experience always !
