Shilpi is an amazing physical therapist all around and the best person in my mind to treat any type of running related injury. I have seen her for numerous injuries and have had nothing but great results.
In November of 2016, I tore my ACL and meniscus during a basketball practice. I had surgery in December of 2016. I went through a hard time with my healing process and had two more surgeries after my initial surgery. I went through multiple therapists and Shilpi at Ivy Rehab in St. Charles was the therapist that helped me the most.
