Shilpi and Barb helped me get through my Achilles tendinitis. It took some time with this type of injury, but I’m doing better after my release. Mainly because I followed their advice. :)
Shilpi is an excellent Physical Therapist and I would recommend her and her staff at Ivy Rehab St Charles highly. I had some lingering knee discomfort, stemming from poor strength and poor running mechanics. Shilpi is very knowledgeable on proper running technique and was very helpful. Thanks!
A little gem in the suburbs. Shilpi and Barb are two no nonsense chicks that will whip you back into shape and get you feeling 100%. As a female professional ice skater for Cirque Du Soleil, I love having two strong females drive my rehabilitation process. Just finished 10 weeks of therapy at Ivy Rehab in Saint Charles! Shilpi was great - she would push me but always making sure it was not too much. I always felt that she was truly invested in my improvement! Made sure i was doing my exercises correctly and modified my home exercises regularly based on my needs! Let's hope i don't have to go back any time soon, but i know where i will go if needed!
I can't say enough good things about this place. I look forward to going to my appointments. They are some of the smartest people I know. They combine their brainpower to hammer out the best possible therapy for us. I'm telling you, it feels like family over there.
This was the best PT I have ever received! Schilpi was amazing at training me and working on my knee. She spent more time working with me than other places during my half hour to hour slot. Staff is excellent and care is genuine from everyone. I will go back for sure if I need PT in the future.

Shilpi at Ivy Rehab, St. Charles, is incredibly knowledgeable regarding body mechanics and the importance of moving forward in a positive manner. Yes, she works wonderfully with athletes (runners in particular!), but she’s also very gifted in working with those challenged by age, injury, or defect. So glad I found her.
