Extremely knowledgeable, yet personable staff. Clean, well-equipped. If you've got to be somewhere that long, that many days, might as well make it fun. That seems to be their philosophy, matching mine. I look forward to going because I have made progress every session, and I have less pain when I go home than I had the day before.

Ivy rehab in Westfield is a wonderful environment to improve on your overall health for Whatever the reason may be. The therapists excel consistently at helping the patient achieve their goals of returning to the normal activities of daily living. They prioritize the patient's wellness like no other place and make it very enjoyable during the entire process.
Saw Megan Liberty, PT, DPT today for a vertigo issue. She was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend making an appt. with her if you need vestibular therapy ( not all PT providers offer this. I was very lucky to come across her at Ivy rehab)
Their website says that they accept ALL insurances and will work with EVERY person and insurance. Apparently that is not true as they don't work with mine. When I switched insurances they assured me they work with all and when I called to make an appointment they said they won't. Very disappointing when a company doesn't stand by their own website.
The staff is very pleasant and I was glad to see my appointment was on time. The staff has great customer service skills. I was informed of the services to be rendered.
Been going to Bill Bell for years and so has my husband. He educated me on my issues and brought down my pain. I would highly recommend him. The entire staff is pleasant and knowledgeable.
