RecommendedIvy rehab Westfield is fantastic! From the friendly front office staff to the energetic aides and knowledgeable physical and occupational therapy staff, it is top notch care! Everyone knows everyone, regardless of which therapist is treating which patient, and everyone is treated like family. I have been seen for multiple issues by the therapists and am always left feeling a thousand times better than when I began my treatment. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab Westfield for all of your physical and occupational therapy needs!
New management provided insulting and unprofessional interactions. After choosing this center for several rehabs, and recommending almost a dozen clients, new director is has less than acceptable demeanor.
Very experienced and professional! My 2 therapists Tiffany and Bill have giving me professional care and are 5 stars all the way! From the front desk to the moment I leave! Very knowledgeable of all my therapy needs. Clean and comfortable atmosphere! I highly recommend Ivy Rehab to everyone! Great job to the whole crew at Ivy! Thank you!
The staff and therapists have all been great. They are friendly and knowledgeable. My daughter is currently going there and is getting the attention, supervision and motivation that she needs! Shout out to Greg! Lol
All of the staff, environment, and patient experience here are top notch. The therapists are so professional and extremely well informed about the latest protocols and best practices. They are great about educating patients on the recovery process. They offered lots of ideas for patients to maintain fitness, maximize recovery, and do everything possible to safely resume activity. I would definitely recommend them to any friend.
im a new patient and I have to say the staff there are incredible Judy Alvarez(she knows her stuff) and her staff are the best. Judy, Megrn ,BIll, Shannon and Greg are rock stars. always happy and friendly. They are all very knowledgeable. very pleasant to work with. This pleace is very clean. keep it up team!!!! 2 thumbs up
I am currently attending Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Westfield as part of an extensive injury recovery program. I cannot say enough regarding how much they have helped me throughout the entirety of this process. I highly recommend Judy Alvarez as she is extremely knowledgable and personable, and is not afraid to motivate you to ensure that you get the most of out your time there.
