Ivy Rehab in Brewster is fantastic- very well run and organized, professionally managed and provides a warm, friendly an d supportive atmosphere. Heidi provides exceptional physical therapy and is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend Ivy Rehab!
The first bad taste in my mouth came from the front desk staff, who was rude and unprofessional from my daughter’s very first appointment. I actually had to ask, “do we have a problem here?” before her tone suddenly changed; it was a very uncomfortable and strange interaction. The actual physical therapy services were very basic and unimpressive. They ran through a few standard exercises and sent my daughter home with packets, but she’s had no improvement in her condition. Lindsey and Kayla were phenomenal. I just loved how Lindsey was extra thoughtful in sorting the proper treatment, extremely attentive and a truly lovely person. I feel fortunate that there is a HSS supported facility so close to me and it is new and beautiful too!
Highly recommend Ivy Rehab in Brewster, NY. The staff is great and Lindsey is an amazing Physical Therapist. She knew when and how to push me to meet my goals.
