Ivy Rehab of Brewster, Best PT out there! I was evaluated by Heidi Fiederlein-Kesper. Her knowledge of the body and how things connect, is far and above most. Her positive attitude and expertise gave me a program that made my neck fully functional for the first time in 11 years! My neck had gotten very bad after a car accident. Heidi and the team at Ivy Rehab in Brewster NY are phenomenal! I felt like my concerns were addressed with care and specialized to my abilities. She is very knowledgeable and eager to teach the muscle connections around certain movements and exercises to help me get back to my day-to-day activities. I am forever grateful to the team for helping me recover from a recent back surgery.
Very nice and knowledgeable PT therapists, clean and bright location and I love the app to do the "homework" with video instructions.
A serious warning to anyone considering this physical therapy office: My experience with this office was extremely disappointing, particularly with the way the receptionist handled my situation. I was being charged a $50 late-cancellation fee for an appointment that I did not schedule myself. The appointment notification was sent to me on a Sunday for an appointment on Monday.
