This place is a disgusting “Roach Motel” I’ve been going back and fourth for two years with them about this on going problem and they only send a guy out every two to three weeks for a spraying and it only makes it worse. I hate this place. I have talked with the office assistant till I am blue in the face and the property manager thought it had been taken care of last summer. I am fed up. I filed a complaint with the GA board of health and am about to do the same with the fair housing commission.

Security is not top priority !!!!!!!!!! Gate is always broken !!! drug dealers hang out behind the pool and in the office area asking you if you need anything !!! Drug dealers hang out on the stairs at all hours of the night !!!! The element leads to crime and suspicious activity !!! Chris the manager is fully aware of the issues and does nothing to improve safety . It is my opinion that he is ok with the activity and does nothing to stop it !!! Don't rent here. Your life may depend on it. Management steals. Maintenance enter apartments and steal and break residents property. They have code violations. They endanger residents lives with malfunctioning smoke detectors. Carbon monoxide was found in high levels in my apartment. Don't move here your families life may depend on it.
