Pleasant, helpful staff that was flexible with billing. They utilize TV's that are always on in the waiting room and doctor's offices. They will not send or receive anything via email and instead communicate and schedule things via text messages, but they do not maintain knowledge from prior messages so information must be re-verified repeatedly. I don’t know where to start but I’ll start by saying Libby is the best. My kids have been patients here for a couple years now. The office is clean and the staff is great. Easy to get an appointment and to communicate with. Libby is so helpful on every level. Any concerns for my children she is “Johnny on the Spot” always puts my concerns at ease. She has advocates for my children when I can’t. She is really all around the best. So grateful for Ivy Pediatrics.

My wife and I took our oldest son here one time, we took my new son here which seemed to be every other day at their request not mine. there was a few things that I did not like. So I went and got a second opinion at a different doctor's office. The doctor from that office set and spoke to us about our newborn and the care if he needed any that's something ivy did not do, it was in and out with ivy to which I felt was just a way for them to get money since they wanted us to come back practically every few days. Dr. Libby is truly exceptional. She’s patient, attentive, and always makes my kids feel comfortable and cared for. She takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly and never makes us feel rushed. The entire office is friendly, organized, and welcoming, which makes every visit smooth from start to finish. We’re so grateful to have Dr. Libby as our pediatrician. Her compassion and expertise mean so much to our family.
