Excelente atención para los niños muy amables y profesionales
Dr. Sheth has been my doctor and my siblings’ doctor since we were babies, he has never disappointed us and has had an answer for every medical concern we’ve had. He has always been quick to address our concerns and made sure we received the treatment we needed. If there’s any pediatrician I would recommend, I’ll never hesitate to name him first.
I was very disappointed being turned away today for my one year old vaccination appointment. We received a new insurance card in the mail and the insurance is active but they denied service because the Primary Care Provider was not listed as one of their providers. My son has been coming here since he was born and this has always been his PCP office. I advised the front desk I’ll just pay out of pocket for today’s visit and she refused. Extremely disappointing experience. I arrived one hour before my daughter’s scheduled appointment and checked in at the front desk. I was told to sit and wait until it was her turn. I ended up waiting a total of 2 hours and 10 minutes before my daughter was finally seen. After waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes, I went back to the front desk to ask about her appointment.
