The lark is a great place to live. The rooms are very nice and the whole place is cleaned up and always put together. The biggest thing for me was safety and the lark is very safe and you need many keys to get in so you always know who is in the building. 10/10 recommend.
Really great experience living here for two years. Staff is always so helpful and quick with responses and helping. The gym and longer are really nice to have and always clean. The actual apartment was great to live in and had everything I needed.

i love living at the lark. it’s the perfect location on marquettes campus, and i love how safe i feel here on campus at the lark. the leasing office staff are super kind and welcoming. i highly recommend lark on 14th for a safe, friendly, and fun home!
Very bad experience. Locked bicycle was stolen out of lark's garage. Overall lack of security at the lark, parking garage door is left open for long periods of time in the summer leaving opportunity for unwelcome visitors. Encountered drunken homeless laying in stairwells on multiple occasions. Lark management looks to fine residents every opportunity during inspections (ex : move out fees of $25 for lint out in the dryer).
