Very bad experience. Locked bicycle was stolen out of lark's garage. Overall lack of security at the lark, parking garage door is left open for long periods of time in the summer leaving opportunity for unwelcome visitors. Encountered drunken homeless laying in stairwells on multiple occasions. Lark management looks to fine residents every opportunity during inspections (ex : move out fees of $25 for lint out in the dryer). The lark is definitely the best place to live in marquette campus. It’s always clean and it’s in the center of campus.
10/10 would stay here again
I love living here, the place is very nice and modern, the staff is super nice (everyone, including the maintenance staff), & they do awesome events every month! Plus, I’m allowed to have my dog here, in unit washer/dryer, AC, & a great mezzanine with a gym, study room, & free printing. Honestly couldn’t really ask for more!
Great place to live @ Marquette. Great amenities and people here are very friendly! 👍
