Began my lease in 2024 and at that time management was great. Any issue was resolved within a 24 hour period. Now to today, this place is truly the worst. The management sucks, gym is broken, I have been locked out of my apartment multiple times. I am literally writing this review after having driven multiple hours to move out of this horrible place and what do I come upon, my lock has died (it had also died the last time I was here a month ago). Literally the WORST experience of my life do NOT live here they will not answer the phone if you need emergency maintenance. Our AC went out during a 95 degree week and they wouldn’t answer and when they did they DESTROYED my room moved my stuff, left nails everywhere, water bottles, etc. and didn’t let me know they were coming multiple times. They are terrible I’ve lived in many apartments and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced. They do not care, they talk back to you.
Loved living at Lark. The building is very safe, parking was convenient, and the apartment was nice with modern finishes. Ashley and Jessica are super friendly and helpful, and the gym and study spaces were always clean. The other students living here were also friendly and considerate.
The lark is a great place to live. The rooms are very nice and the whole place is cleaned up and always put together. The biggest thing for me was safety and the lark is very safe and you need many keys to get in so you always know who is in the building. 10/10 recommend.
Really great experience living here for two years. Staff is always so helpful and quick with responses and helping. The gym and longer are really nice to have and always clean. The actual apartment was great to live in and had everything I needed.
