It honestly feels like they prioritize their regular clients over new ones. As a first-time customer, I had a really disappointing experience. The service was poor, and my nails turned out terrible.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! DO NOT PATRONIZE!! THIS SALON OVERCHARGES & PRACTICES FINANCIAL ABUSE. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF MY TEENAGE DAUGHTER AND CHARGED HER $59 FOR A BASIC PEDI WITH MULTIPLE SERVICE CHARGES FOR USING CREDIT AND APPLE PAY. DID NOT PROVIDE RECEIPT BECAUSE THEY KNEW WHAT WAS BEING DONE IS WRONG!
I’ve been a loyal customer at Ivy’s Nails for about four months now, and let me tell you, Ivy and her staff never fail to impress. As soon as you step inside, you’re greeted warmly by everyone, and they make sure you’re comfortable throughout your pedicure. Shape is terrible and charge me to refix it and didn’t want to fix the other toe to match . Poor customer service. I will never go here again . Bad energy
