Horrible experience from the nail tech Ben and the owners decision to charge me FULL PRICE TO REDO. I do not complain normally, but this was unaaceptable and truly "customer NO service". I wanted a brighter pink with a bling nail. You can barely even see the polish, much less it was not done well and the whole pedicure was done quickly so he could get to another customer. First time getting my nails done and not only did I love the nails but the experience was great! The nail tech Lee was great and had me laughing the whole time. Highly recommend him !!
Big Lee is AMAZING. He absolutely nailed this cow print design—clean lines, perfect detail, and exactly what I asked for. The shaping is on point, the set feels strong but not bulky, and the whole vibe was comfortable and professional. You can tell he really cares about his work. If you’re looking for someone who delivers quality and creativity every time, Big Lee is it. Highly recommend!
Walked in here and got my nails done by Big Lee. He did amazing and went above and beyond expectations and what I had in mind. Had so many compliments at work, everyone loves them.
