I went to Ivy Nails for the first time and received a pedicure. My nails turned out looking okay, but my big toe is in such severe pain. During my pedicure, the technician cut into the side of my toe nail, and then ripped it all the way down to the cuticle. It was so painful I nearly jumped out of the chair. It is very confusing how this salon has such great reviews. I would stay clear of this place.

Such an unprofessional, unpleasant and painful experience. The vibe was very negative and the man that did my nails did not listen to what I wanted & instead kept insisting to trust his suggestions. I kept telling him I didn’t like it and he wouldn’t listen but then got annoyed with me when he had to remove his work. I spent almost 3 hours here just to end up hating the nails. Been here 3 times, decided to give them a last try but no. They are always in a rush. They are fine as soon as they see people coming in they start working on you very quick not doing the job right . Specially lin I think that’s her name. Once you say something about the work she’s doing she gets bother. It says 10% off all services and she doesn’t validated it only for certain clients .
