I have gone to Ivy Nails 2 times. The first for a mani/pedi fora vacation. They did great work. The second time I got a full pedi and full set. The pedi was as great as the first time. The full set was quality but not filed into a shape I like. I went back the next day and wanted them reshaped and a polish change that they were rather snotty about. Before coming here we had been told not to by many people. The only reason my daughter and I went there to begin with was because our regular people were out of town so we decided to give them a shot. We went in on Sunday and got gel fills. By the time we got home, we both had cracks in one nail. The next day, all of my daughters nails had cracked polish. Will never go back! Poor customer service and extremely rough with their hands. The guy was hurting me on purpose because I wouldnt pay him more than 30 $ for my crappy set. Overpriced!! He tried to charge me 45 for a set. He was so mean and unfriendly I almost walked out....

Took my family for pedicures today. This place was filthy! They did not clean basins in between customers and had dirty towels!! Gross, day ruined!!

I visited this salon for a fill on my gel nails. I will not go back. The customer service was poor, communication difficult and atmosphere not enjoyable. 1. The french tips were crooked because he held my hand crooked the whole time. I tried to tell him and instead of accepting his mistake, he said "you nail grow crooked." He filed it down to try to fix it, but by the time he was done, there was hardly any french tip left. 2. The wall said $18 for a relill.
