I went to get my acrylics filled on 7/12. By 7/16 an entire nail popped off and 5 nails had chipping paint. I went in morning of 7/18 to get them fixed and they mentioned that have a 2 week guarantee for any nail service. By evening of 7/19 another different nail had completely fallen off and gel completely peeled up on thumb nail. Since 7/19 four more nails have broken and fallen off after lifting at the base. I’ve been coming here for a year and a half and it was exceptional. Now there’s new ownership and all the techs left. I could write paragraphs on why this appointment was so terrible, but it’s truly not worth it. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.
