She’s a wonderful pediatrist
Definitely not the same. The "homey" and family like atmosphere is no longer present. My son's and I have been coming to this practice since 2015 and recently changed Pediatric Offices because of the change. Initially, we saw Dr. Una or Dr. Henderson routinely. Then it digresed to just Dr. Henderson, which was fine, but soon after the faces we saw each visit was never familiar nor caring. I called after hours due to an emergency and "Dr Una" was on call and she didn't even show any care for what was happening to my daughter. She didn't ask what was wrong she just waited for me to explain everything and her reply was " yes you could bring her in tomorrow and someone can see her" I was so disappointed. I end up taking my daughter to Urgent Care! and I been here for over 3 years and I never seen any of the Doctors just the Nurse Practitioner.
Never saw/met Dr. Henderson or Dr. Una at any of our well check appointments. We always saw a PA.
Professional, friendly, and clean. However I don't like how they push vaccines. That's something that should be up to the parent
