I purchased a over $400 package for laser treatment and i could no longer go as I moved from Vegas. I asked for a refund to which i was told that their policy doesn't give refunds.., and that I will have the credit that never expires.., 5 years later i asked for it..only to be told that they are not giving me the credit , because i went with the bank and disputed the transaction.., the bank went in their favor because they had it very small written in the contract no refunds allowed. I have been going here for over a year and never had any issues up until now. I got an underarm laser hair removal service done. I paid and immediately checked with my bank to make sure it was the correct amount I paid (since I opt out of getting receipts), which it was. I then happen to check my account a day later to find I was charged double the amount. I called and left a message with no response. Was told it would take 8-12 sessions to have my back and arm hair removed. Met that time limit and since COVID -19 haven’t been able to go and all my back hair returned. Around 80% of my arm hair returned as well. I wouldn’t waste my money. They either have the laser setting so low to make you keep returning or turned down to save money on running it based on what other laser salons I spoke to stated. Extreme waste of time and money
