My counselor literally saved my life. I was in a trauma bond relationship and having an extremely hard time. When I started seeing Wendy my counselor, I would cry several times a day. Slowly over time with the help of my counselor, I learned how to prioritize myself. I also learned how to have hard conversations with family and future partners. I switched to seeing Wendy after I had a traumatic accident and have been with her since 2021. Our EMDR sessions have really helped me get back to a place where I could not imagine I would’ve been otherwise. Wendy’s ability to heal through validating your feelings, using humor, expressing loving kindness, and knowing what you need the moment you walk in makes her highly qualified. My experience with Wendy over the last year has dramatically changed my outlook on life & mental/emotional health for the better. She’s the best therapist I’ve had in over a decade and I would recommend her to anyone that I love and care for. She’s a beautiful and magical person who might actually be an angel.
I’ve had problems with anxiety for 20 years. Wendy was the only one to correctly diagnose me and help me get to the lowest dose of medication I’ve ever been on. She literally saved my life. Definitely the best decision I’ve ever made.
