Ivy is super resourceable, knowledgeable and helpful! My wife and I are first time home buyers, and having Ivy as our buying agent was a no-brainer. We were also moving down from the bay area, so we were unable to take care of many things on our own. Ivy was kind enough to walk us through purchasing procedure in person as well as via phone calls. She even helped us monitor our remodeling process as we prepare our move from the bay area!
