Marc and Daniel managed three properties for us in 2023. They were unprofessional throughout the time but the last straw was when a water heater broke and we were told it was fixed. A month later we received half the rent payment and when we inquired why, we’re told it was because the tenant refused to pay rent due to not having hot water for half a month which we would have never allowed and were never made aware of. This people needs to get up to date. They make me drive every month, make me face trafic, and parking issues just to see their face. They need to get an automated payment system. Landlords please consider all-out options before making any deals with them.
