I feel as though Ivy was very personable & listened to my issues carefully. She prescribed me an additional medication to boost the current depression medication that I’m already taking. It’s been approximately 3 weeks and I’m already beginning to see improvement!
Poor communication skill. When called for a follow-up, the doctor's nurse told us to either go to ER or go see a specialist when they haven't even seen us for the problem. What's the point of having you as our family doctor if you refuse to see us?
