Weeds Everywhere I have been reaching out to the Ivy Hill Apartments since April to get them to cut these overgrown weeds that have been protruding from their property and through my fence. The amount of mosquitoes back there due to this overgrowth has led to me not even being able to enjoy my yard this summer. You get what you paid for. If you can afford to live somewhere better, please do. The leasing office really doesn’t do anything. This probably has something to do with the fact that they’re privately owned. The worst part of living here is the broken down elevators that break every other week and the rodents and critters. You will have a permanent roommate of mice and roaches. It doesn’t matter how clean you are, they will live with you forever. The building is old and it’s horribly infested. Terrible, drugs, crimes, poor service staff Probably one of the worst apartments you could every live. DO NOT MOVE HERE. STAFF IS TERRIBLE, building SMELLS BAD. and there’s LOTS OF CRIMES AND DRUGS but staff won’t do anything.
The elevators break on a regular basis so you are waiting half an hour just to get to your apartment. The employee who handles parking is an absolute abusive nightmare and will make you wish you parked 5 blocks away in a dangerous area instead of dealing with her hostility. Bugs... I won’t even attempt to use the laundry facilities here because I’ve heard stories. On a positive note the maintenance employees are excellent and the front desk receptionist is also outstanding.
Do not move here! This place is digusting. No one should live here. Management are animals.
Terrible!!! Manger so bad!!! The manger of the place DO NOT care about people safety, and happiness. They only want your money. Manger took it personal that I wrote bad review 3 years ago because I got robbed 2 times, 1 time beating up with 3 guys and other gun point robbery with 4 guys.
