The elevators break on a regular basis so you are waiting half an hour just to get to your apartment. The employee who handles parking is an absolute abusive nightmare and will make you wish you parked 5 blocks away in a dangerous area instead of dealing with her hostility. Bugs... I won’t even attempt to use the laundry facilities here because I’ve heard stories. On a positive note the maintenance employees are excellent and the front desk receptionist is also outstanding.
Recommendedme live there and you have to keep the place clean, then you won't have time to complain about roach and mice, security up top,my daughter call them to spray often, they always comply promply

I had visited my sister s apt for long! I think it worth because it save a lot of bills than having bad credit that can help me pay off debt! I m gonna apply there really soon!

I like my apartment,,,so far no issues. I've been here 6mnths. The staff in the office is very friendly and curtous. I've had no vermin issues yet lol. The building is kept clean which isn't easy with some of the tenants here. The heat is more than enough for this cold snap that we are experiencing. Last night there was a power outage,,,don't know the cause but power was restored in less than 1 hr. If things change I will be sure to report it
I lived in the Ivy Hill Park Apartments in the 70s! Oh good Heavens the roaches are still there oh well, the only thing you can do is lots of combat! Basically though at my time this stuff was very nice and it was the first home I had with my dear late husband! We enjoyed it, we had many Happy Times there and lots of helpful Neighbors. Do you like roaches, weird arbitrary rules that no one will explain, and horribly rude staff that treat you and your family like an unpleasant chore? Then look no further: this is the apartment for you. As an added bonus, they'll throw in the constant, pervasive smell of rot, paper-thin walls, puddles of urine in the hallways, and elevators that are out of service nine times out of ten. Living here is a punishment.
