This is a practice I would not recommend. Dr .Bang wanted to hire me as an assistant, made me quit my job with a two week notice she told me put in. Two days before I started with her she decided not to hire me. Reason being something in my background check from over 21 years ago when I was kid . You’re not supposed to even go back past 7 years. If you are a black person, do not use this dentist. I was racially profiled, accused of not having insurance (which prevented me from seeing the doctor that day), yet my coverage was in force per the physical insurance card I displayed in-hand & the virtual insurance card I displayed on my phone . That microagression aside- what inspired me to write this today was being told that their was no warranty on the $500 nightguard they custom fitted for me less than a year ago. I had 2 crowning at her office, I had nightmare to numb one of teeth for crowning. it took almost 2 hours to numb.She knows how to numb the teeth? Dr Bang keep asking me if numbing enough? how can I know it.
I love Ivy Dentistry. Dr Bang has been my ‘partner’ in my dental care since 2020. She has not only transformed my smile but also been extremely flexible when I’ve had dental emergencies. With previous dentists I always felt I was being overcharged / fleeced financially and were impossible when schedule changes were needed (would take months to get new appt). I highly recommend her and am always impressed by her skill and compassion. Her staff are also always very friendly and professional.
My son and I are clients of this outstanding dental practice. The atmosphere is comfortable, bright, and inviting. Dr. Erin and her staff offer expertise that is incomparable to other dental practices that I’ve visited. The exams are thorough and the advice is sound.
