One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Communication breakdown happened frequently. The bathroom remodel had multiple defects. Plumbing issues appeared shortly after completion. No follow-up support was provided. Staff seemed untrained and disorganized. Costs kept increasing without justification. Quality did not match what was promised. I cannot recommend them at all.
Extremely unhappy with the bathroom remodeling service. The team lacked attention to detail throughout the project. Tiles were uneven and poorly aligned. Deadlines were missed multiple times. No proper updates were given during the process. Cleanup after work was messy and incomplete. Pricing felt too high for the quality delivered. Support team was slow to respond to complaints. Overall, a frustrating and stressful experience.
I regret hiring them for my renovation project. Initial promises were not fulfilled at all. Materials used seemed cheap and low quality. Workmanship was careless in several areas. The crew did not follow agreed design plans. Had to point out the same issues repeatedly. Final outcome looked rushed and unfinished. No accountability from the management. Definitely not worth the investment.
