I am not yet a patient as I currently receive the infusions at my doctor’s office. However the IVX location is closer to home so I may change in the future. I wanted to leave a review based on my phone inquiry today as I was so impressed. I believe the name of the very pleasant and informative person that I spoke to was Paula but I sincerely apologize if I am wrong about her name. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and helpful. IVX is fortunate that she is their “front desk” experience for patients.
